So my brother and I don't live in the same area and have our own copy of this game. How do we set up a campaign together? I keep inviting him from level 2 (With Caesar's Coin), and he gets my invite but we have no idea how to Accept the invite. Can anyone help with this? Would be greatly appreciate, thanks.
