So I just tried to access the Vita via PC and it didn't work for some reason.
I already installed the manager on my PC and whenever I tried to connect from the Vita, I get an error from the Vita which says something like: First install Content manager on PC and run it THEN connect the Vita.
I tried that, didn't work.
I also tried connecting without the manager installed and it didn't work either.
Whenever I connect the Vita to my PC, usually you get a confirming sound something like "dun-deen!", but with the Vita I got three consecutive "dun-dun-dun".
