I managed to kill all the Dark Priests in wave twelve with 2.1 hearts remaining.
You have to camp the shit out of the doors on the left/middle once you kill the one that comes from the right door.
Then just proceed to fallow your strategy except now you can get hit three or four times.
Edit: Was reffering to the Warrior.
