Some of the rank 4 part missions will cause you some problems because a dozen or so are required to be completed on hard but as for using rank 4 parts, they don't do a whole lot of noticable difference in compared to maxed out rank 1 parts other then the ability on that perticular part is alittle bit stronger. As for your other question, no they won't get added by themselves other then rank 4 parts come with an ability but they're not always good ones, if you want some advice for mobile suit builds then add my PSN ID and I'll help while that while I'm online today orthe next few days as it's probably easier to explain while you are looking at it ingame yourself.
