the reason is because IW didnt care about the Wii, CoD4 and MW3 were ported by Treyarch for Activision. They just chose not to port 2 instead skipping it for 3. If you recall CoD4 came out for Wii when MW2 was released for the rest of us. Black Ops sales must have been enough to convice Activision to move forward on Wii
