That was a much faster reply than I expected. Little odd that you don't have to fight it... Though now I know I don't have to beat it I'm more determined to get to it. But determination doesn't normally make up for my lack of skill.

I know you wrote the guide ages ago but I was wondering if the reason they didn't register is because maybe you (Or whoever mentioned this problem) was killing them in the boundary edge? Any enemy you kill in the boundary edge does not effect the amount you've killed in your monster book, and the items dropped by them don't appear in it either, and this stops them counting towards the titles. Though I grant that could just be in the EU version of the game.
Now to go back to the fun that is weapon making... Well, least it's not as long and boring as it was in Cross Edge.
