Why exactly is that, anyway? What's the latest word? I can think of few things that can be considered "higher priority to the management" of PS3T/X360A than implementing a feature which will enable literally thousands of people to throw money at them. There's always "real life obligations" I suppose, but it's not like this is an inventing the wheel-caliber project, the system is already in-place on our sister site.
