I have to say my trophy worked fine... As soon as I was in the top squad for the 3rd map, it triggered. Funny why it worked as described for me, but seemingly not others, and I'm absolutley certain that (for one map, anyway) I was not in the top 5 players for that round, and it was the first time I played Iwo-Jima so I couldn't have completed it previously.
