You will get this early in Mission 2 when you encounter Nightcrawler & Mystique together. After you talk to both of them you will have a choice, pick "Help Nightcrawler" and complete the task. The task will be to fight in 4 different areas and defeat all the enemies the trophy will soon follow.

Help Iceman, Cyclops and Emma Frost defeat the Purifiers.

This will be in Mission 2 when you meet Cyclops and Quicksilver you will have a choice, pick X-Men Are Awesome then pick join Cyclops and complete the task. The task is defeating about 50 enemies and trophy will shortly follow.

Help Pyro, Juggernaout and Quicksilver defeat the Purifiers.

This will be in Mission 2 when you have to make a choice between Cyclops and Quicksilver, choose Quicksilver. After you made the choice you will have to fight 50 enemies and simply defeat them and the trophy will follow.

You will get this in Mission 7. You faction meter must be in on the X-Men side in order for this to occur. This will occur after you free Nightcrawler from being mind-controlled. You will have to destroy 4 speakers before this trophy will be unlocked. Do not try to hurt Northstar, rather get behind the speakers and destroy them.

Why Do They Keep Coming?
Help Forge's hacked Purifier Stalker Mech defeat the MRD Troops.

After you speak to Forge about Bastion and the Satellite, a Purified Stalker Mech will break the door. Go through the door and on the left top corner next to the checkpoint Forge & the Purifier Stalker Mech will be waiting, simply talk to Forge again there (press near him) and accept Forge's mission. In this challenge you have about 140 enemies and the good thing is that you don't have to worry about your Stalker's health at all. Simply press + (critical mass power) and it will defeat about 20-30 enemies per activation. There are a huge amount of life-orb and M-Power orb boxes all around. The trophy will unlock once you beat it.
