I have to say, the people getting uptight about this need to calm down. If a developer is concerned with boosters messing with the online community in any way they're allowed to crack down on it. I'm 100% positive that this is all mentioned in their terms of use somewhere, it always is and as long as you're using their product you're bound by those terms. If you don't like it, don't buy the game or its sequels.

Don't get me wrong, I think boosting is harmless and the fact that people are getting hit with account suspensions is a bit silly, but like another poster said earlier, it's hard to sympathize with players who know the risks, do it anyway, and then complain when they get caught. The kid ranting about human rights violations is a serious case of first world problems.
