Servers Down - Latest Squads?

So this is a little off-topic in regards to trophies but I was stupid to sell the game a long time ago and bought it again, but I don't have the "latest squads."

I'm not too tech-savvy on the PS3 so this might be a stupid question--if someone has the latest squads file on their PS3, will they be able to send it to me so I can download it?
