Only the one with no hard drive is, so if you want one you have to buy it separately or just get the $300 model that comes with an HDD already.

You get the $300 model with the 250GB HDD and a $50 credit that you can put towards some games. You have to wait until the 360 ships to get the credit, though. Or if you want Kinect (

), you can get that model and also have the $50 credit for some games, or an HDD since the $300 Kinect bundle doesn't have the HDD included.
