She already available on XBox Live, people already found all her Fatality and written the input with the ''1, 2, 3, 4 buttons'' format.
I just translated the ''1, 2, 3, 4 buttons'' format into PS3 buttons.
And apparently, NRS messed because people can get her for free on XBox Live because some of them downloaded the Kompability pack which normally only include MK3 costume for Cyrax & Sektor but also Skarlet for free.
