I'll just give you the quick answer.
1) There are no online trophies, every trophy is offline and SP campaign related.
2) The "Online Pass" that comes with the game when bought new is just a code to get the first DLC (which has 6 trophies) for the game. The DLC can be bought for $10 and is just the original Alice game released for PC.
