I just finished it on Insane and snagged all 4 difficulty trophies and the Hysteria trophy. I said it earlier but again; the beginning was the hard part. Weapons weren't upgraded and I was learning everything on the toughest difficulty. Once I managed to get a hold of the game and a few weapon upgrades most of the game wasn't a problem. Just a few spots here and there with certain enemies grouped together making me have to think of a plan to get through. It's easier to not use Hysteria on Insane, because enemies hit you harder and when your roses get low, there's a better chance of you dying then ending with one rose. This game is also surprisingly long, I wasn't expecting this much time to be invested in it.

I missed a few memories because the checkpoint system is very precise about when and what it saves. I'm betting that you'll be fine.
