Not sure if this has been reported yet, but couldn't find a thread mentioning this:

I have fully completed this game, striving along the way to ensure 100% completion. However, there are a number of trophies which have not been collected:

1) "Masquerade" for completing Sequence 9 (I have completed the whole game and have all other memory sync trophies!);
2) "Venetian Gladiator" for discovering the Assassin's Tomb inside Santa Maria della Visitazione (I have unlocked all tombs and have Altair's armour equipped);
3) "Victory lies in preparation" for obtaining all Hidden Blades, Item Pouches and Armor upgrades for Ezio (I have 100% completion on my villa, including unlocking all armour and pouch upgrades - the hidden blades have all come through the campaign).

These three trophies should have all been collected in one day of playing, so something strange happened, as the following session (a few days later) I was able to collect (new) trophies again.

My main concern is that these three trophies are all story based and currently appear to require me to playthrough the game a THIRD time (I have played through - not 100% - once on an alternate account), which I am not prepared to do. I have clearly earned these last three trophies, and should have the Platinum trophy now.

This failure to register trophies is seriously putting me off the franchise, and if it remains unresolved, I do not think I will purchase another Assassin's Creed title.

If anyone could lend me some advice, that would be brilliant. Oh, and this should have nothing to do with the current PSN outage.
