Introduction

This game is a tactical first person shooter, similar to its predecessor. The player has the option of playing through the campaign co-operatively. However, the game does not feature competitive multiplayer. You can choose between four classes of Marines to play as: Rifleman, Grenadier, Scout and Automatic Rifleman. Each has their own weapons and abilities. Play will nett you experience during gameplay, which can be used to unlock guns, attachments and perks for later use. For example, a scout could acquire an enhancement that will reduce the amount of bullet drop you get. All enemies are capable of killing you with a single shot, though it does depend on where the you are shot. The single player campaign is divided into three distinct acts with a total of 10 chapters, about an hour each.

The Road Map/Trophy Guide is made for Solo play and not Coop.

Road To Platinum

If you have played Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, then I've got some good news and bad news. The good news is: No Hardcore mode needing to complete in Red River. The bad news however: there is an annoying part of the game that requires you to get gold on all missions and FTE missions. 18 missions in total. There area few grinding trophies to do, but nothing as bad as Hardcore was.

Step One:
What you want to do in the first step is Finishing the game. You need to get to know your way around the game a little bit. Get used to all the command and tactical stuff. On the way you will get half the trophies in the game including most or all of the Rules trophies.

Step Two:
Next is getting Gold on all Campaign missions. Now that you know your way, you must finish each mission quickly and well. It is still unknown what's needed to earn a gold star; see the trophy guide for more information about this. During this step you will fully Level Up in a class. When that happens, change your class to a new one to level it up too. But keep this in mind; if you're having trouble with getting gold on these new classes, change back to the old one that your more comfortable with. Either way, you will have to grind at the end anyway.

Step Three:
GRINDING TIME: Yeah I can see you smiling back there, everyone loves grinding. What's needed is to get all your classes up to Lv 20. If you have followed the steps so far, you should have made it to Lv 20 with at least one by now. The best known method so far is to repeat a FTE Combat Sweep mission. It will take around 3 hours to fully level up a class. See the trophy guide for more information.

Step Four:
Now that your done with the Campaign, time to move on to FireTeam Engagement mode. What you need to do here is the same as in step 3 above, getting Gold in all missions. But this time we know what is needed to get Gold. Also you must finish a mission of each type along the way for the various trophies. See Trophy guide for more information.

Step Five:
Only one thing left now: Online. This game doesn't have much to be done Online. All you need to do is get 3 people in your lobby and play a mission. Use the Boosting Thread to find Partners to help you out.
Use the Trophy Boosting Thread to find players to help you.

Most people think that what all I care about in life is collecting trophies. No, I'm a gamer. I play for fun. Trophies are the awards you get from completing a game and nothing more. And I have been completing games 100% since the day i was born.
I'm a gamer, like you.
