That's what smoke grenades are for, long as your in the smoke the enemy cant see you and will miss, so you can just toss them on your dead teammates and go Heal.
If you haven't done the Elite playthrough yet you may as well just go along with gettin the Campaign stuff in the game, cause you're more than likely to get your revives while doing them rather than wasting time farming them and then going through the Campaign later and doing even more revives anyway.
