I believe the majority of people are going to say Eminem since the truth is whenever he touches the mic he can go off but, for me personally I prefer rappers that are lyrically superior not this mainstream crap that is shoved into our faces. I like Biggie hence my PSN and XBL name but honestly I don't think he's the best rapper of all time. Lupe Fiasco is the one of the only people in the music industry that has that much word play like listen to his lyrics and you'll be amazed.
